This year Kenny Riddle from the organising team represented Great Britain at the World Duathlon Championships in Edinburgh in his age category after picking up 2nd place in the recent British Championship in Nottingham. The event was on the same weekend as the Heartbeat Challenge and the result was eagerly awaited by many participants on the day. Kenny won!!
Other past Heartbeat participants include previous Ladies winner, Eleanor Reid and also Graham Whyte also qualified for their age group for Edinburgh 2010.
