Create your Own Fundraising Web Page
Entrants can now set up their own fundraising page through the Dove Trust at http://www.charitygiving.co.uk. It is very easy to set up a page which is a very convenient way of asking for, and collecting, sponsorship.
- Go to the above site and select Fundraising Create your Own Page on the green tab at the top of the screen
- Select Create your Page
- Fill in their own details
- Charity Giving will then set up their page which allows all sponsors to pay directly into the Heartbeat Challenge account online. All Gift Aid details can be taken online too so that the Heartbeat can take advantage of the tax paid and gift-aided amounts can then be entered on the donors tax return for tax relief!
- An effective memory aid is to add a tag line with your own page details to all your outgoing e-mails to look for additional sponsorship without the hassle of getting the money in yourself.
